33yo female seeks double room

Hi, I'm Lucy (she/her), a primary school teacher.

Looking to find preferably one other like-minded housemate (and friend!), with the right balance of sociability and privacy.

I'm easy going, clean and tidy, and used to living in house shares. I’ve been in my own place for the past year, but my rent is being put up in July.

I'd really like somewhere I can make a home for the next couple of years, not just a house, and have been living in an unfurnished flat. With that in mind I'd be open to sharing an unfurnished property and bringing my furniture with me, to broaden the property search.

Essentially just hoping to find some nice folks to buddy up with!
