Room available in Cotham garden flat

Hello!

My name is Charlie (female!) and have a room to rent in my garden flat in Cotham.

The room has a large fitted wardrobe, two bedside tables, a chest of drawers and a desk.

I will only pop back occasionally (once every 3 months or so!) for nights out, working late etc…

Mia lives full time in the flat as a well, 30 year old accountant who is lovely!

I have worked the room out as £700 plus £150 for bills. All bills (council tax, gas, electric, water, tv licence, service charge and internet) included.

The flat is very close the the hospital and university.

Room available from 17th June but could be a little sooner if needed! Viewings from 15th May as my tenant is away before then (unless you are happy to see the flat but not the room before the 15th!)
