Bright Furnished Double Room Available

Looking for a flatmate to move in with me asap! :) Ideally start of June but I can be flexible with earlier/later.

The flat has a bright shared living room, modern kitchen and bathroom. Also access to shared gardens. There are great transport links by train and bus. Anniesland train station is only a 7-minute walk away and 10 minutes on the train into the city centre. There is free on-street parking right outside. Close to a variety of supermarkets with Aldi, Lidl, Morrisons, and M&S being nearby. The bedroom is bright and has a king bed, wardrobe and desk.

I occasionally have my very friendly family cat Fred come to stay when my parents are on holiday.

Ideally looking for another young professional to split the gas/electricity and council tax with - Council Tax Band D. Fast wifi is included.

I have lived in this flat for 6 months so still slowly making it a home! I work in IT and usually travel into the office 4 days a week. I graduated UofG in 2022 and have spent my time since traveling to Aus/NZ and started my full-time job in Glasgow last July. I am very chilled, clean, tidy and appreciate alone time after a busy day. But I also like to be sociable so would love for my flatmate to also be a friend, and someone I could hang out with in and out of the flat.
