The available room is furnished with a double bed, 2 night tables, lamps, a dresser, a mirrored wardrobe, a bookshelf, a desk, a comfy office chair, and a large window overlooking the courtyard. (Note that the speakers and stands, along with all personal effects, will be removed from the room before letting). The bathroom is for your sole use and has a shower over the tub.

The flat is well-sized for two people and has large windows, a washer, a dishwasher, a full-size refrigerator and hi-speed wifi. The common areas have hardwood floors, and there's carpeting in the bedrooms for comfort and noise reduction.

The building is clean, well-maintained, and safe, with a 24-hour concierge. The building has a small gym with (limited) cardio equipment, free weights and (limited) strength machines. There is an indoor parking space in the blocks carpark, and there is a secure bike lock up too.

The location is brilliant–only a 5-minute walk to New St. Station, The Mailbox, Library of Birmingham, Brindley Place, etc.
